Shear bolt M11 x 85 mm for 609 210

This bolt, also called a security bolt, breaks when the press cylinder is overloaded.
At a tightening torque of 75 Nm, the press delivers its maximum 12 tons.
Because there are quite a few forces on this bolt, it must be well lubricated with, for example, a ceramic grease.
This lubrication promotes the life of the spindle and prevents leaks at the seals.

For our 609-210 press cylinder, 3 different shear bolts are possible, depending on the year of manufacture.
