Hydraulic Spindle 12T

This hydraulic press has a capacity of 12 tons, while you only need 75 Nm of force when using it.
The press can be used in all Mueller/Sauer/Sykes-Pickavant: Press frame, C-Bracket, Drive shaft press, 2/3 leg puller set and various ball joint pullers
It can be adjusted using the external thread on the spindle.

At a tightening torque of 75 Nm, the press delivers its maximum 12 tons.
At more than 75 Nm of force, the cylinder is secured with a shear bolt. This then breaks the head and thus prevents damage to the cylinder.
Because there are quite a few forces on this bolt, it must be well lubricated with, for example, a ceramic grease.
This lubrication promotes the life of the spindle and prevents leaks at the seals.

For our 609-210 press cylinder, 3 different shear bolts are possible, depending on the year of manufacture.
