Description
Adjustable for pipe diameters:3-16mm. This is not a pipe cutter, instead this tool allows you to remove only the protective nylon coating (seen in particular VAG and GM models) to be removed prior to flaring the brake pipe. Prevents "bad flares" which occur when the brake pipe is flared with the coating on which can lead to leakage.
